Terms of Service

1. Services
Piano-Sales Digital provides AI automation services including Telegram bots, lead generation pipelines, and automated reporting. All services are delivered digitally. Setup is completed within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment
One-time services are charged in full at the time of purchase. Subscription services (Hosting & Support) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice. No refunds for partial months.
3. 48-Hour Delivery Guarantee
We commit to delivering your automation within 48 hours of receiving payment and a completed client brief. If we fail to deliver within this window, you are entitled to a full refund. Delivery time starts after we receive all required information from you.
4. Refund Policy
Full refund: requested before delivery starts. Partial refund (50%): requested within 24 hours of delivery if the service does not match the agreed specification. No refund: after 24 hours of delivery confirmation or if the service has been modified by the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information required for setup. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions to use the automation with your customers (e.g. GDPR consent for EU businesses). You must not use our services for spam, illegal activities, or misleading communications.
6. Hosting & Support Plan
The €29/month plan includes VPS hosting, uptime monitoring, and standard bug fixes. It does not cover new features or major redesigns. We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the delivered automation configuration. Piano-Sales Digital retains the right to describe the project type (without client name) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or third-party service outages (Telegram, Google, Anthropic, etc.).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Contact: d.g.lvttp@gmail.com
